What does your day-to-day look like?

Mornings are spent reviewing my Outlook appointment schedule and writing the daily “to-do list.” Updating client files, preparing future allocations, researching the current market conditions, and addressing the needed actions of the LPL Clientworks website portal get me ready for the busy afternoon schedule.

After the market closes, the early afternoons are spent reaching out to existing clients and helping them with their accounts. Whether it’s a quick phone call or email, a needed update to their accounts or just touching base, I’ve realized over the years that communication is so important, and building trust over time secures relationships. This is the time of day I find most rewarding.

The mid afternoons are spent marketing new relationships and attention is spent growing my thriving book of business. This would be considered the most challenging time of day as creativity and consistent efforts are most rewarding when I can help a new client.

In the late afternoon, time is spent with existing and new clients taking care of their business needs either meeting in person here at my home office suite, or via virtual call online. If there’s something we’ve all learned over the last few years, it’s that we can efficiently meet online and get things accomplished. Let’s embrace it!
